AREA 47
AREA 47 provides multiple possibilities for holding meetings, workshops or training camps, may it be in the great outdoors or by the river in our Meeting Lodge. By integrating outdoor activities in a stunning environment companies can improve their teamwork, motivation and creativity.

The outdoor and tourism professionals of Tirol, as well as architects and workers of all different kinds created this project. Prominent partners and sponsors including the Sölden Ski Lift Company, Red Bull, Adidas, KTM and Stiegl brewery made sure that something new, something outstanding has been built at AREA 47.
AREA 47’s name derives from its geographic location: the 47th degree of latitude and the 11th degree of longitude. Embedded at the confluence of the Ötztaler Ache and Inn Rivers, AREA 47 fits perfectly in the beautiful surroundings of Roppen, Haiming and Sautens.
New definition of Tyrolean Hydro Power.
Within 66,000 m² there is a permanent red line for your heartbeat.
The 22,000m² Water Area is THE Hot’n’Wet Spot of AREA 47. You find a freestyle ramp for skiers, boards and bikers as well as a Deep Water Soloing climbing wall. Unique as well is the combination of cliff diving and water slides. It doesn’t matter if you start at a height of 5,5m or if you kick it on one of the steepest and fastest water slides in Europe - the fun is all yours. The cannon blasts you out more than 8 meters into the lake and gives you a feeling like being the rocket man.
